It is my pleasure to provide a nurturing space for clients to explore their values and take actions toward living balanced, healthy lives. Through the use of mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques, I work with clients as they work toward being more present and less judgmental of themselves. This form of therapy helps clients get “un-stuck” from their past so that they can live more fully in the here-and-now. Many of us are suffering because no one ever taught us that we have a choice not to. When you are ready to choose happiness, give me call. I primarily work with group and individuals around areas of weight management, body image, self esteem and other wellness related topics. Through experiential, mindful based exercises, clients move toward valued living.
