I have 15+ years of experience providing therapy to young and aging adults, teens, children, and families. I also welcome couples looking for skills to improve communication, recover from difficulties, assist with "empty nesting", and to strengthen their relationship.

My areas of specialty include: improving communication and mending challenging relationships; retirement and aging; alleviating symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety; bringing closure to trauma, grief and loss; addressing parenting concerns; issues related to attachment disorder, and just helping you to learn more about yourself.
