Without exception, all people want happiness, and often it is elusive. Yet, there really is a roadmap to peace and harmony---and it can be taught! Conflict can be replaced with curiosity. Compassion can replace judgement. Open-heartedness can overcome disappointment. My strength is in being a guide for people who want to grow into the person they were meant to be. By attending to our minds our bodies and our spirits---in addition to having healthy relationships we can create vitality---whethere we're single or married. Teaching all people the exquisite art of connection is my passion.

Most people need to be taught the skills necessary to create the life they want. My goal is to teach one new concept in each session and to empower people to build a bridge from where they are to where they want to be. Small skills often create big changes.

My associate, Megan Snyder, MSW, and I are dedicated to helping people create the reality they want to live. Living life with joy and ease is vital to our well-being and all of our ability to live fully. We are grateful for the opportunity to be with you.
