provide an integration of cognitive-behavioral, family and play therapies to treat children's anxiety, phobias, fears, obsessions and compulsions, depression, behavior problems, school problems, trauma, stress, and attachment problems. I work with adolescents and adults, using cognitive-behavioral therapy to treat anxiety, panic, phobias, depression and grief, school or work problems, obsessions and compulsions, and stress related disorders. I work from an emotionally focused perspective with families and couples on relationship problems, blended family difficulties, post-adoption problems, parent-adolescent conflicts, and infertility, miscarriage and pregnancy loss.
I am licensed as both a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Social Worker. I'm a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, and an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor. I am past-president of the NH Division of the AAMFT.
I served as chair of our state licensing board and as chair of its professional conduct committee. I am a participating provider for most insurance plans. My office is easy to reach, less then 5 minutes from the highway with plenty of parking. It is also handicap accessible.
