LCSW Clinical Social Work Supervisor
believe that people are capable of learning how to create their own change, with guidance and skill building needed at times. My primary focus is to help people identify their goals for treatment, and then we work together on interventions, coping strategies and resources to help obtain those goals.
I am also interested in providing clinical supervision for LCSW candidates. I enjoy my work as a social worker and find it very rewarding to work with people who are entering the field. I have a varied background in work, and have provided clinical supervision to several people who are now LCSW's. I believe being a supervisor and supporting someone in their development of their clinical skills is an important part of giving back to the social work community that I am proud to be part of.
