Lisa is the founder and Executive Coach for Epiphany Coaching, LLC. She holds an Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Prior to coaching, Lisa had an extensive marketing career with Fortune 500 companies. She brings over 15 years of this business experience along with her coaching skills to guide her coaching clients through their desired transformations.
Lisa’s focus is professional and personal development. She has led others to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals in the areas of career transitions, entrepreneurship, workplace conflict, and work-life balance. Lisa’s passion for coaching stems from a life long interest in human behavior, organizational dynamics, and her desire to use her natural strengths to guide others in achieving success as they define it. Her coaching mission is to lead those who are at critical junctures in their lives to find and implement solutions to issues that will enable them to enhance their professional and personal lives.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas, with additional studies in organizational behavior, psychology and human resources. She is a member of ICF, ICF North Texas and Dallas HR. Her professional interests include career development/transitions, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and organizational development.
