Change is never easy, but throughout our lives it happens whether we like it or not, and sometimes it is very difficult. If you are experiencing a change in your life or if you're thinking that you want to change something it is always helpful to discuss your feelings and thoughts with someone to obtain a different perspective. I have experience in assisting clients with changes related to Domestic Violence, trauma, depression and anxiety.

I have been working in the field of social work since 1995 and received my clinical license in 2009. Domestic violence, trauma, grief, depression and anxiety are my areas of experience and I have worked with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I utilize an eclectic approach, my focus is always on what the client needs.
