Rosanne Marmor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Rosanne is now using her leadership and management skills to provide professional development for counselors, social workers and others in helping professions to hone their practice and skills as service providers and more effectively reach those in need while caring for themselves. She has experience teaching counseling, community organizing, working with those who are homeless, mentally ill or in crisis as well as addictions and data driven outcomes. Those who seek my practice have degrees in counseling or social work as well as some who are experienced but do not have a degree from school but one from work experience.

Rosanne specializes in performance management for supervisors and coordinators in social service settings as well as clinical supervision towards licensure for LCSW and Counseling candidates. She has taught workshops and classes for hiring and performance management of teams as well as managing from a distance. Her professional experience is in community organizing, program development and housing with services.
