All eventually realize that therapy can be the start of a more enjoyable, manageable, life. I have extensive training in psychodynamic approaches for individual therapy. I also specialize in couple relationship therapy.

I specialize in couple relationships because couples need a unique approach that isn't often taught in graduate school. I use two techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and ImagoRelationships Therapy. When your primary relationship is in trouble, the energy that could be used in creativity and productivity is drained.

My training includes: Object Relations and Psychodynamic techniques, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and ImagoRelationships Therapy. I take several insurance plans. My legal name is Sarah E. Kennedy, so I may be listed under that name in your insurance plan.
