I have worked with addictions and eating disorder issues in both private practice and at several high profile Malibu Rehab Centers. I understand the pain and the courage it takes to seek help. I work with adolescents, young adults, individuals in mid-life and up, single parents and divorcing individuals.

As a practical, interactive, psychotherapist and life coach, my approach is to empower individuals by providing insightful, supportive, and goal-oriented therapy. By uncovering the feelings, the road towards healing and recovery can become more meaningful and fulfilling.
