It is often a difficult decison for someone to seek counseling / therapy. After you have made that difficult decision, it is my job to make sure you have no doubts that your decision to seek help was the right one. From the moment you enter my office, my goal is to create an atmosphere which makes you feel safe and comfortable enough to face whatever is troubling you.

As a therapist, I utilize a variety of methods,including hypnotherapy and EMDR if you are interested in these methods. These methods can sometimes be useful to accelerate progress and remove defenses and barriers that block us when we are trying to make positive changes in our lives.
